We support 14-day no-reason returns from the date of receipt of goods. For quality issues, incorrect or missing items, or discrepancies with the description, a 30-day return and exchange guarantee is available (excluding customized and perishable goods). Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included, along with actual photos of the problem and order information. Shipping costs are handled according to the principle of responsibility attribution: For returns due to the merchant's responsibility, we will bear the international shipping and customs clearance fees; for returns due to personal reasons, the returnee must bear the relevant logistics costs.
